Girl that's the thing I don't know about you but I have not told anyone about my wls only mom, sister and husband and son know! I have had too many negative comments about it without them knowing I did and I just don't feel I need to share I feel safe in a private type environment like this but would totally be easier on fb but a secret page not public or even private ! Wish I knew of more in the closet wls people lol :-)

Inshallah you will be fine in another day or 2! As for passing gas I never did either as many did via bottom I did however burp a lot the more I walked and I would light tap my chest when felt discomfort (like a baby) and burp also! May this new journey be easy on you ameen! Salams and Eid Mubarak

Thanks :-) I have had 8 days of 6 ounce loss I was like What the Heck I'm not grazing or cheating and doing good with protein still trying to get more water in but was feeling super down! So happy you are losing again and off that horrible stall! This too shall pass! :-)

HAS ANYONE STARTED GOING TO GYM?? I'm thinking to start I had my sleeve on 9/6/14!! Need feedback plz! I have been walking 2-5 miles daily since 5 days post op but since scale is moving extremely slow in thinking its gym time!

When did you have surgery???? I'm the same and scale almost 4 weeks post op is dragging ounces at a time! :-(

Omg I'm so happy to read this thread! I'm 3 weeks out all this past week after losing 17 lbs nothing happened NO LOSE in spite of walking daily over 4 miles and following completely my diet plan! :-( I was feeling very down till I read this!

Talk to your Dr. I hear and am told by many that they didn't really follow pre op due to medical or simply cheating with bad food up until 3 days before surgery! But def talk to your Dr. 10 is still enough time to get better! Hope you get through this ASAP! Keep us posted :-)
