  3. Sure thing! I actually ate this evening without gagging...getting better, I hope. I do eat yogurt every day.
  4. TODAY IS THE BEST DAY I'VE HAD SO FAR, I DIDN'T NEED ANXIETY MEDS THIS MORNING. I DID HAVE TO SUFFER THRU EATING AN EGG FOR BREAKFAST AND MY LUNCH AND SNACK BUT I FEEL MUCH BETTER TODAY. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO REPLIED, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH IT MEANT WHEN I WAS LITERALLY AT THE END OF MY ROPE BEGGING FOR HELP.
  5. 9 weeks out....have no desire to eat whatsoever, its rough
  6. Ps I am not missing food, I loath it, I dont know why my body has reacted this way, I used to be normal lol.
  7. I wasnt depressed or anxious nor did I have insomnia before surgery. I'm walking briskly every day. I will say today has been a little better and I was actually hungry for the first time in two weeks. Maybe I'm getting better. I eat 1/2 cup or less and I do make sure I separate food and liquid by more than 30 minutes. I sure have been feeling hopeless but maybe it's getting better.
  8. I never read posts like this pre-surgery. I have to make myself eat while gagging.
  9. Trying hard not to regret my surgery but all this is really taking a toll on me. 9 weeks out. Anyone else gone thru this? I'm now in anti depressants and anxiety meds. I can't believe it but I just couldn't cope.
  10. 9 weeks out and having nausea too, mostly morning time, I have to force myself to eat and I can keep it down. I got a script for nausea meds from my surgeon but that's all.
  11. I've been that way for the last few days, I'm 9 weeks out
  12. I wake up at 2 3 4 or 5 every morning since surgery, makes me ill.
  13. so how did they go ahead and remove it? Were you really sick and in pain?
  14. I've only lost about 25, I say about because I haven't weighed in the last few days because of the depression and nausea I didn't think I could handle nothing lost on the scale.
  15. Sounds great...I did really well until about two weeks ago, hard to admit but I have depression anxiety and for the last three days nausea and dry heaves, keep telling myself it will get better but it doesn't feel like it at the moment.

  19. I'M ALMOST 9 WEEKS OUT AND JUST STARTED THROWING UP FOR THE FIRST TIME, THROWING UP NOTHING THOUGH LIKE YOU. I CAN'T STAND THE THOUGHT OF EATING AND I'M HAVING TO MAKE MYSELF DO SO. I'M OK WITH DRINKING FINALLY TODAY. I'M SO PRAYING THIS GOES AWAY, I'M SO AFRAID I'LL FEEL LIKE THIS FOREVER.
