  1. Hi Steph It looks like you are doing awesome :-) My sleeve has been good, having no issues. Lately I have been much more hungry and want to snack. I have been dealing with constipation . How have u been?
  2. I didn't have any medication prescribed at discharge. I was told to take gasx strips if needed. I did use them on day 2 and 3.

  5. Rfriends, I am sorry that person said that to you. I heRd the same sort of thing myself before surgery. People kept telling me horror stories about weight loss surgery. Well I didnt listen to them. I am doing just fine. You will do great.

  7. Kathy, yes we have to hang tight. I have been eating carbs this week and the scale is not moving. I'm not going to weigh until Saturday, lol. I have been craving and unfortunately, everything agrees with my superior sleeve :-)
  8. I was given the same instructions about sex but I wasn't up to it for about 3 weeks because I was so so exhausted.
  9. I haven't been under 200 pounds in so many years, my body doesn't want to get far away from 200. I will push through it.
  10. It's funny too because I have been up and down the same 2 pounds for about two weeks now and folks at work are just starting to ask if I have lost weight. I just say I lost a little weight .
  11. Soreness when sitting in a straight seat for long periods too, but you we be fine. Get some Tylenol just in case for pain.
  12. Cutee, I went back to work after one week too. I was drinking pretty good by day 4. The soreness will be about 3 weeks.

  14. @Divadarling,when were you sleeved and how much protein do you get in a day? I was sleeved on 7 Oct 14.
  15. I think that would definitely work as long as you make sure you take your protein shake or whatever liquids you are allowed with you. The mid day break will be awesome.
  16. Thetaxlayd, welcome. I went back to work after one week and did fine. I was very tired when I got home and went right to bed but I did fine. I think 2 weeks off would have been better.
  17. Mrsbailey, my weight goes up during the day but I think thats normal depending on how hydrated you are. Thats why its best to kust weigh in the morning, lol.
