  1. One more question Blerdgirl, :-) Do you eat the quest bars?
  2. Do you only use the unflavored? Does it clump in coffee? Hot coffee, that is.
  3. Isopure unflavored is your go to protein power? I will try it. Thank you.
  4. Bledgirl, that is awesome. Is the protein powder and the yogurt mixed in the coffee? Is it hot? I find since its been so cold, I'm drinking too many milky coffee and tea drinks. I need optios for hot drinks. I find im also super cold after cold drinks, lol.
  5. @Bledgir Sounds awesome. Dont you get hungry on that few calories?
  6. BLEDgirl, Are you actually a vegetarian? If so, wha are you eating most days?
  7. Mona, my goal is to get to a size 10 also. I am in a loose 14 now down from a 18/20. Yay. I hope To be the by mid May. My feet have slimmed now a lot. We can do this!
  8. Awesome Mona, what size clothes are you wearing now and did you notice a change in you foot size?
  9. Awesome Mona, what size clothes are you wearing now and did you notice a change in you foot size?
  10. Kathy, I noticed my hair basically stopped shedding about a month ago. I think what I am noticing is the normal now.
  11. Lovely TRL You are doing great! How many calories do you take in a day? What do you normally have for breakfast?
  12. SleeveNIC Getting under 200 was the hardest for me too. Cut out carbs and drink more water. My surgeon told me that if we start the day with carbs, it slows the loss for the day. What day were you sleeved?
  13. @@kathy 20 pounds is what I would love to lose by May but going by my normal, it probably wont happen that quickly. I will have to be patient. I find I can eat a lot too if its not protein. Chicken seems to fill me up the best and I feel restriction. Soft foods slide down like butter, lol. I find I am hooked on milky coffee drinks. I do drink them with sugar free torani but im having at least two or three a day. It seems I want something in my mouth a lot, lol. Let me know what your doctor tells you. We will get there :-)
  14. @@kathy, hru? I have been losing a few inches but not much weight. Also craving snacks more than I'd care to admit. I so want to lose 20 more pounds by mid May.
  15. Mercy, how are you doing? Are you enjoying your sleeve?
  16. VSGmary, 100 pounds lost isn't slow losing :-) Good luck inthe journey. WE CAN DO IT.
  17. @@mojo, I haven't heard that we lose slower or less but it seems the lower weight we start out, the slower we lose. If you start at 300 or more you drop a lot faste.
  18. Jen, mona, everyone, u r doing great! The strangest thing to me is not shopping in the plus size. I feel so weird, lol. But I like it!
  19. Warrior, keep up the good work. I may try you plan for a few weeks and see if it breaks my stall and slow loss.
  20. Stephh, u r awesome with that picture taking :-) I will weigh Saturday and see what happens for me. One of my main issues has been constipation but I seem better this week. TMI :-) we will see.
  21. Stephh did you do anything different to get the losing going again?
  22. Mona, looks like you are so close to your goal. Awesome! How has the journey been for you? I have been struggling since Jan.
  23. @@aSleeveStory You're doing awesome. Keep up the good work.
  24. Sounds like you are doing all the things you should. My doctor told be to try to eat at leastt 70 to 75 grams ofgood lean protein each day.
