  1. Diva What does your pre op diet consist of how many meals a day and how many protein drinks .When is your actual surgery date and if you don't mind me asking what is your goal weight or your beginning weight if you care to tell. Thank you.

  7. Motherof5 Im a mother of 4 and twins are in that mi but let me just say, those lunges will be worth it in the end, lol. Well, thats if you want to keep an apple bottom, lmao.

  9. Diva I too have had dreams that I may just me a bag of bones, lol. If you are curvy you probably will just have smaller curves after weight loss. My trainer said exercises with weights will help you not lose muscle tone.
  10. Motherof5: Im not sure about the hair coloring although I see many people do on the youtube channels I watch about vsg. I dont color mine but I need a relaxer touch up and not sure about getting one so lose to my 8 Oct surgery date.

  14. My date is October 8th moved from the 13th. Awesome. Now I have to lay off the carbs

  18. My date is October 13th. Im really scared but also very excited .I've been looking at YouTube videos and following peoples journeys and it's been very helpful. I'm sure you'll do fine as I hope we all will. good luck
  19. My doctor only requires a one week high protein low carb diet one week prior and clear liquid the day before. He said it may be different for everyone according to their BMI. My date is 13 Oct.

  21. Good luck with your surgery Nikky. I'm wishing you the best. Although my doctor says it will only be a day surgery they said that I can stay overnight if I feel more comfortable so I will definitely take advantage of that.
  22. The surgeon I have requires you to be part of a one year after program that is supposed to make your weight loss journey a success. It isnt covered by insurance and is about 1100 dollars. I didnt realize this until I got surgery date! Do any of you have requirements like this? I may change surgeons. Im so irritated about this.
