    Welcome to life with the lap band. I had mine in October. My advice to you is to be sure to follow the doctors orders, and to walk a lot. you will do great.

    Had my 2nd fill on Thursday, since thenI have had a hard time eating , keeping food down and being in horrible pain. Is there too much in my band.

    I did not have to do the swallow test and the doctor has never said anything about having to do one.

    I am going in this Thursday for my first fill and wondered what I should expect. surgery was October 23, 2014, so far I have lost 20 pounds. Thank you for the input.
