I too have a simular situation. I have my final Dr apt on Feb 19 that's when I get my date. If it's two weeks from then it will be around the 5. But we were planning our daughters 2nd bday for the 7th. And we have to take her to a Dr apt that is an hour away on the 11 and the 12. Will I be able to do those things and have surgery too

@@jenn1 I know what u mean. He said he fell in love with me heavy why wouldn't someone else do the same? Idk but men sometimes. I just keep telling him I waited on him I'm not going to give him up. I love him.

My husband is afraid that I will change and stop loving him when I lose weight. Idk what to tell him to make him believe that I'm never going to stop loving him. He said he's going to miss my chunkyness and that he feel in love with me heavy and married me heavy. Said he's also afraid ill meet a rich good looking guy and leave him. but he wants me to do this for me because I want it so badly. I want to be healthy and be able to go into a store and buy clothes. We will.be able to get out and enjoy our lives together and have better sex. Lol

I had called last Wed and they hadn't submitted it to insurance yet. So I wasn't expecting it so soon. Then I got the call yesterday.

I too got approved super fast. I also have my preop apt the 19 but Idk when my surgery is. I find out then. It would be nice if it's March 3 too. Idk what to do. My 2yr anniversary is march 1 my lil girls bay party was supposed to be March 7 but Idk. Her actual bday is march 10. She has a Dr apt March 11 and eye Dr apt the 12. These are 2 hrs away from my surgery location. Blahhhhh

I got approved today!

I am going to call today to see if I've been submitted to insurance and when, then wait to hear from insurance then after that they have a pre op class and a test i need to pass then my last apt with the surgeon for the date to be set two weeks from then so I have time to do pre op diet...

Last Thursday was my last 2 month supervised diet apt. I am supposed to call Thursday to see when they got my stuff submitted to insurance. Then I wait. They told me it would probably take 2 weeks but as long as 4 weeks. Then an apt for pre op diet then see the surgeon for a date so in hoping mid march

I've been told that "oh well if you lose weight on your preop then why don't you just do that to keep losing weight?" Ummm I don't wanna live on liquids my whole life...

I know this is not healthy but once before a weigh in I wrapped myself in plastic wrap and exercised and sweated the water weight off for weigh in. Then drank water afterwards.

My husband told me last night he's afraid I will die after surgery if I don't take my vitamins properly. Can that happen?

I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem but I have extra skin I guess you would say on my vajayjay. I haven't had the surgery yet. But I was wondering about extra skin down there afterwards. I don't want it to look like a rolled up honeybun. Is there surgery that can be done?

My hospital had a online form and they called me and I'm about to start my last month of supervised diet

Went to my 5th supervised appointment today. I was told to maintain my weight for my last appointment on 1/29/15. Then they will turn in all my stuff to the insurance cuz I've had all my blood work and other things done so they are In the system already. Then after approval I come in for a preop class and then meet the surgeon for the date. Cross ur fingers for me.

We just went around and introduced our selves and ate bariatric friendly foods lol. It was a good one to get me introduced.
