I was told in class yesterday that they had one woman not follow the preop and when the surgeon got in there he could tell and was furious. Did the surgery even though it was complicated

I start mine today. Kinda lol. Anniversary this weekend so gonna have my last few meals of what I really want the strict Sunday until surgery. I'm allowed two protein shakes for meals. Then for lunch or dinner I can have an Oz of fish chicken or meat with fruits and veggies. And in between I can have sugar free drinks and snacks and broths. I have a paper from my class yesterday. Are you not having a class?

Here's a question I forgot to ask yesterday. They say 2 protein shakes a day. How big of a protein shake? 8oz 12oz

Had my two classes today. Pre op diet class and what to expect during and after surgery. Then I got my Date to see the surgeon. March 9. Whoot

I start my preop this weekend and have my class tomorrow. I have been trying to get used to pre op. Can you drink broth all day or use it as a meal replacement

You can lose as long as you don't go below the lowest bmi ur insurance allows

Humm. I have a review of the preop and it says I can have 1oz of meat and some.vegies for supper so many tomato soup is allowed

I had another question. On preop can I eat tomato soup?

Thank you so much for all that. I will keep it all in mind. And it's true I'm not really used to getting hit on. Some people just do t care if some one is out with somebody else they will still hit on them lol. Kinda sad. He'll probably end up being g jealous but we will get I er that too.

The day my pre op is supposed to start my husband are going out of town for our anniversary. Wonder if I can start a day or two later and it still be ok. It's a 2 week pre op.

Are you waiting 30 min before you drink?

I told him I was excited for this summer because of some weight lose. He said he's afraid I won't lose as much as I hope and be disappointed. My surgery is sometime in March. in three months what is the average weight loss

I was told to lose some weight but not to fall.below the bmi. Just to show I can lose weight. I lost 7lb but gained 2 back. But didn't go over my start weight

It took about a week for me to get approved. Good luck. Was supposed to have my pre op class yesterday but had to reschedule due to weather.

Rescheduled for next Thursday but it will be best in the long run. The two weeks of preop diet will be over the day after my daughter's Apts. Where we live it's an hour to get to my weight loss center and an hour and a half in the other direction to my daughters Apts which are two days in a roll. So I guess it will all work out. Blah. Want to get this dreaded pre op diet started and over with. Aaahhhhh

He does have some issues like that. He was married before and she cheated so he had problems with that. But I can't wait to be more active with him and our daughter. She's 2 and it's great age to do lots of things. I'm excited.

For future reference I was wondering if I decide to go out and have a drink would a beer be better than a Margarita. Girls from work like to get together and I haven't told but two people there about surgery so I don't want them to get supicuous

We used to have a smoothie place but it was replaced with a starbucks

I have my class on Thursday buy I was wondering if anyone knew if Mcdonald smoothies were ok to drink pre op or their iced coffee
