  1. Yes, what you described is exactly how I felt after waking up from surgery, the minute I said nausea, the nurses was pushing iv reglan,Pepcid and zofran, , and 2 mg of dilaudid, good drug, stayed 2 days in hospital then felt like a million bucks
  2. My surgeon said most certainly it was ok to have a beer or hard liquor, he however wants you to wait six months out before drinking. The registered Dietitian wants a limit of 4 a months ????

  6. I'm on day 6 I'm still very sore nausea gone and they sent me home with zofran, scop patch , big bottle of lortab , Flexeril, life is good ????
  7. Mine was put in after I was out and removed before leaving surgery easy no problem at all, not even the breathing was no big deal , just very sore after surgery , I'm six days out

  9. Yup me too, lol and of course us men don't handle pain well so it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be ???? it is a full time job getting protein and water in
  10. Yup the pain is more incisional pain on movement but not bad at all
  11. Feeling better, nausea has gone, now thinking about getting in the shower might take some lortab before attempting it
  12. Yup, came home last night late where I live we had lots of flooding , took me a little longer to get home, up early trying to get my water and protein in
  13. I'm home tonight, doing well, stayed the two days due to a little nausea but other then that doing great.
  14. Yup had mine Monday now waiting to be discharged today (wed)
  15. Mine is 10 days but hasn't been bad

  19. The liquid fast is going well. But I think is men have less of a problem complying with liquid diets. But we must certainly don't handle pain as well as the women do ????
