What is your workout plan like, and how often. Do you drink your shakes directly after working out ?
  7. I started working out with Wallmart weight loss shakes for about a month, they come in three flavors, they taste good and are very effective. When I did my two week pre-0p diet I used a shake provided by my staff called Bariatrtic Atvantatage. Your staff should advise you on which shakes they prefer. Good Luck.
  8. Not to worry! Just be calm and answer truthfully!
  9. Keep up the good work!
  10. Hi There, I am also about two Weeks Post Op as well, and cant wait to get back in the Gym. My Doctor said nothing but walking, walking, walking for four weeks. However I am doing plenty of Summertime household chores around the house which is also helping. Just have to be a little more patient.
  11. Hi, Contrats! I Was sleeved one week ago Today ! Gas X strips will work wonders for the rumbling and cramping. Keep sipping and sipping that told me to drink 2 ounces of Water every 15 minutes. As far as getting comfortable It was hard for the first two or thee days, I slept in my recliner until I was able to get up without to much pain. Funny the above post mentioned hick ups !! Had them for about two days! Keep You Pillow nearby incase you have to cough or sneeze!!! I Only needed pain meds for two days. Take your time and walk, walk, walk, as soon as you are able. Hope this Helps. Best Of Luck.
  12. You are not alone, I was sleeved on 8/7/14, and I also am on a two week liquid diet. But everyday we are getting closer!

  17. I Was sleeved on 8/6/14, for the most part recovery has been fairly pain free. I agree with the above post that the first few days are difficult in finding a comfortable sleeping position. The only thing that caught me by surprise is the sharp pain while, coughing or sneezing!!! Other that that I can say its been not bad at all. You can Do It !
