If something happens after the 7 days all you need is a doctors note and if your are sick that will be easy to obtain.

I personally never used ice in it but I would assume it should be okay? Bcuz u add liquid and I use frozen fruit which is just as hard as ice?

If you already started the process they may be able to assist you! Or..... There's always Mexico! That's my option! I just find it really weird that I pay a premium for healthcare and then I have to be given permission for a service that's covered under my plan! #crazy
