  1. LisaE~ 2 days is great!
  2. Thanks for the response! I am attending a seminar tonight and the coordinator told me that I have to see the dietician for 3 months and that was my only requirement besides the regular stuff!! I hope she's right. Good luck on your journey!! ♥️
  3. Thanks for the welcome and yes so far I've only told my best friend and she was very negative and I just told her all I needed was a listening ear! So now I won't be discussing this with anyone else but my husband!!
  4. Awesome!! You look great! #congrats
  5. I will see my pcp tomorrow in the am and then at 6pm I will be attending a seminar. I really hope it goes well! I am ready but after reading some of these insurance horror stories I am a little scared.
  6. It made me soooo grumpy, anxious, irritated ect. It works but you have to really be consistent and it will take about a year for full results. The pounds will pile right back on quick though as soon as you quit!
  7. Has anyone had surgery at Loma Linda? Does anyone here have UHC West for insurance? I called UHC and they told me that all I needed was a BMI over 40? Is this true? Please advise. I'm sure that the UHC question has been asked a million times but after thorough research I wasn't able to find the information that I was looking for? Is it according to my group plan? #ugh
