I am very new this site have started reading peoples posts and like what I see. A little about me I am 220lb or 100kg, I am booked in to see the surgeon on the 22nd July 2014 to book in for a gastric sleeve in September 2014. I have no reason for being over weight and no excuses, I am fat because I let myself get this way and now can't get myself out of it. My whole family is obese and I need to change for me. I have not told anyone apart from husband, that I am doing this as I am embarrassed that I have got to this point. So I am hoping to use this site to bounce off my thoughts and concerns. I look forward to learning about your thoughts and your journeys. Well that's me in a nutshell.
