  1. http://www.wpracetech.com/tor/kaiser-richmond-bariatric-patient-information-binder/ I googled it and found this one where you can print your own. What is this for?
  2. I made it thru my appt. He said he doesn't see anything that will stop my clearance. He hasn't looked at the test yet, but says he will push it thru as soon as I can since this is the last step before it is sent off to the insurance company. I hope I can get this done before thanksgiving.
  3. Just click on the persons profile and there is a link at the top and bottom that says add as a friend.
  4. Sorry I haven't responded lately. I been out of town and my phone app will only let me read, when I try to respond it crashes. It's frustrating. Thanks for all the responses. Ya'll have calmed my nerves a little.. I wish I can just talk instead of taking a test. I worry they are trying to trick me into saying something I didn't mean. I know I will do fine, I am so ready for this surgery.
  5. I'm going to be in November, but not date yet. I have my physc visit wednesday and then submit to insurance.
  6. I have it, but I haven't had surgery yet. I am on meds for it and my cardiologist wants to do an ablation to fix the problem. More than likely we have the same thing. You do need to get checked cause over time it will tire out your heart. I have had it when I was skinny and still have it as large as I am. He says weight doesn't have an issue in this, but signed off on my surgery because it will over all benefit me. I may have to have the procedure done because my meds is an extended relief and I can't take that for 6 months. I am currently on a 30 day event heart monitor so he can evaluate how I am doing off my meds and see what can be done.
  7. Hello. I will probably be mid december. That's what the dr says. Depends on how fast I get my clearances.
  8. I hope so. I haven't received a date yet.
  9. I just received a phone call from another dr that I had left a message with. He only has 150 questions on his test and he is cheaper. Oh yea. I'm so going to him.
  10. Both, Something smaller than an appetizer and within our guidelines. My hubby is skinny and I hate to make him not eat out because I can't.
  11. I would call the insurance company and see if it has been approved yet. If it has, then go up to the dr office and find out what's going on.
  12. Too bad they don't have a bariatric menu. That would help us out.
  13. There once was a girl....
  14. Where did you find an online test?
  15. I just got my appointment. It is October 22nd at 9 a.m. She said the test is over 500 questions and takes about 4 hours. We will do everything that one day so I won't need a second appointment.
  16. I've taken employment tests like that. I was afraid I would answer the same question 2 different ways. lol
  17. Thanks everyone for responding. I hope to get an appointment soon. Dr says she is backed up like 4 weeks.
  18. I'm waiting on a call back with an appointment, I hope it's soon. Ready to get this in the past. lol
  19. I am so ready for this surgery and hope there aren't any trick questions that make it look like I'm not ready.
  20. I'm doing bypass and haven't had surgery yet, but I am looking for an exercise partner.
  21. I just had my consultation today and will meet with the NUT on thursday. They say surgery late december to early January. I'm so impatient and not wanting to wait that long. Ugh!!!
  22. I will be having my psych visit soon. Dr said I will have to take a test? Has anyone else done this, and if so, what is on the test. I'm starting to stress.
