  1. I was on my menses so they gave me special undies and a pad.
  2. How far out are you? I tried a little wine a month after surgery and it gave me the worse stomach ache. Eat protein first and try not to eat too much of the other stuff.

  4. Are you taking biotin or Futurebiotics Super Silica Complex, Veg-Tablets to help stop it? You can get a full sew in to see if it helps along with those vitamins.

  6. My surgeon did a previous surgery for me and I asked him about getting the lapband he suggested the sleeve I am 5'2 my hw 220 sw 213 cw 178. I had surgery on 4/23/14. I saw him in February and had surgery in April.
  7. They have an egg white protein at gnc and plant based protein shakes at the vitamin shop. Not everyone loses their hair. Take extra biotin and Futurebiotics Super Silica Complex it will help you maintain your hair along with protein and the bariatric vitamin. BariTrack has great vitamins and shakes too.
  8. Try putting a hot compress on the spot. It's probably gas and walk more it will move and it gets easier.
