  1. Thank you. I have been doing walking in the house went outside today and walk. But I need to do better.
  2. I use gas-x at times. But it is very hard.
  3. It was also hard for until today. I just kept sipping on water and protein shakes all day. I feel well satisfied. I was around a lot of food all day. It was weird. I enjoyed the smell of the food , but I did not feel hungry for the food. It is really hard for me to tell if I am hungry or not. Very weird .
  4. I am feeling better I was able to get in 60 grams of protein And all my vitamins. Still working on my hydration. Taking it day by day.

  11. Hello all. My date is sept 11. I am I my 1000 calorie diet. It has been rough. I am losing so much weight in 1 week. I am so ready
  12. My surgeonPuts all of his patients on Prilosec post-op for 3 months. To help. He stated that he seen much success with that. A man in my support group had the sleeve and just continues to take his nexium.
  13. My day is Sept 11. It is getting close. I am excited and scared at the same time. All things are possible through Christ that strengths me.
  14. My doctor just has me on a 1000 calorie diet. He said since I did so well over the three months I can eat, but no more than a 1000. I started yesterday. Today I was really tired. I do not know why, but I was not hungry. I did drink Unjury protein shake today. They are good. I think this is going to help me until my date Sept 11.
  15. I think everyone has the fear that they will fail. I do not think like that. I just remind myself that WLS is a tool. It is not a miracle. I am happy. My whole life I would work Hard and loose a lot of weight. One year I worked hard and I lost 85lbs. I see the sleeve as a tool that will help me control my eating to help me keep the weight off. My nutritionist says it is the tool to help with maintenance. So do not get discourage. Just think positive!!! This surgery for me is going yo help me get off my blood pressure medicine and save my kidneys.

  17. What has helped me us that I change it up. I will go to the gym, wAlk outside, do different workout videos, dancing, and now I started doing workouts on xfinity on demand. But it is true the weight loss war is won at the kitchen table.
