I had the most long term sucess with Yaz, however due to the controversy surrounding it my dr suggested that I change, but I opted to keep using it and then after 4 years on it I started having some really bad TOM symptoms I hadn't had to deal with in years, so she switched me to Marlissa (http://www.drugs.com/pro/marlissa.html). I've been on it for about a year and a half now and I have had a lot of good sucess with it personally. It took about 2 months for me to regulate out hormonal wise when I switched to it, I was a mess at first, but after that initial rocky road of switching pills it's been good. I was told by a GYN once that for some people it takes 2-3 months for your body to fully adjust to a new pill, so maybe if it is at all tolerable give the next one a little longer shot and see if you make it over the hump. =)
