  1. So far so good , I am loving the sleeve, it's nothing like the band, when I am full, I am full, no food getting stuck, no puking up when I eat or drink (yaaa) no hunger feeling, I absolutely love it!! I am 7 weeks out and have lost 29 lbs. I am very happy with the results so far, I am doing zumba again, and have joined a gym. the inches are melting off so glad I made the decision to have the revision. Just wanted to update!!!!
  2. Thanks @@nessa259 congrats on your new journey????
  3. Don't mind at all, I've been on liquids for 2 weeks and about to start soft foods, I've lost 14 lbs so far.
  4. Don't be nervous, be excited. I had the band in 2005 and removed/revision September 18. I can already feel the difference, best dession I ever made because so far, I don't miss the sleepless nights, the vomiting, and the terrible acid reflux. Good look to you and congratulations on your new beginning????
  5. Thanks sis, can't wait for our poach moments and a half glass of wine ????

  9. Anyone break out with a rash... for some reason I have a rash on the back side of my arm down to my side. Now I am not allergic to anything to my knowledge and my boyfriend says it maybe from the stress of the surgery. Anyone out there had this happen before???
  10. Girl let me tell ya, I am beginning to feel the same way LOL, I had to ask what to take for constipation and they told me to use senokot. My Dr told me I had to much tissue damage so I am still on liquids, except I am on thick liquids, like Protein shakes and cream Soups. I can't start the semi solids until next week. I am with you, girl I couldn't take it anymore either so I was with you and Lil Wayne LOL....Today is a much better day, I feel little to no pain, and beginning to feel like me again, especially after losing 10lbs girl I couldn't believe it....I am loving it and it shows in my clothing, girl I had to pull out an old bra from when I was a few pounds lighter
  11. Had my one week post op visit today, and 10 lost...I am like wow....I don't know about other bandsters, but for this previous lab bandster, it took me 2 weeks to lose 10 on the liquid diet. I had a lot of scar tissue, so my Dr is extending the liquids for one more week, but I will be on thick liquids and not the clear liquids.
  12. Thanks everyone, @@CrazyJaney you were right, it was gas pain/muscles. My Dr recommended more walking and that did the trick. I do still have some pain, but not as server like before.
  13. How did your first day go? Today I am going to my post op visit with my Dr., hoping I can start Protein and soft foods, we shall see.

  22. Oh yes, right after surgery Sept. 18 till this day, my lips are very dry and was so chapped at the hospital my lips were bleeding. Not sure if it was from hydration, or the boogie they inserted for the sleeve measurement. But I have been nursing them by slightly brushing and adding lip cream
