  16. Wonderpoo2u, my port is on the right side of my chest. Close to my armpit. I haven't met anyone else on here that has their port there.
  17. I'm suppose to get my first fill soon. I drink very well and I eat very little. In fact I struggle with getting enough calories. Is it possible that the band is working with nothing in it? If I tell them I Dont want a fill and a week later it changes will they let me then?
  18. I went to the waffle house with my fiance, his 11 year old daughter, and my 14 year old son. I had a piece of sausage and 1 scrambled egg. I looked around on our table and said man, y'all eat a lot!!! Then I remembered I used to eat like that! Thank you, thank you to my band buddy!
  19. Congratulations!! It is super exciting isn't it.. Everyone is different. I'm having to keep telling myself that as well..I've lost 13 lbs since June 26th.
  20. The thing is b52 is that I'm one of the few that doesn't have much hunger. I struggle with getting enough calories already.
  21. Thank you very much..I wouldn't have made it this far without my faith in God. It is a blessing to know where he is going. I've heard great things about hospice. I will be calling them. Hopefully he has a while longer before we need their help. He so wants to be here for another Christmas but his pain is getting worse and his condition is too. My prayer is that doesn't suffer too much.
