  1. glad I found this thread. I am an RN in the DFW area as well. Sleeves June 30th. Love seeing how well others are doing!
  2. had mine done June 30th at Med City down 46 lbs so far no complications. Everything has been good so far.
  3. hey tiredmama I am having the same thoughts as we were sleeved at the same time I have been at a stall for six days ...it's discouraging.
  4. I am doing well....I get enough fluids and protein ...just starting to include purée foods...no issues but just started....no pain.... Down 32 pounds since surgery.... But at a stand still which is a bit frustrating....glad to hear urs went well ...keep in touch!
  5. I still have another week of clears then on to full for a week.....won't see purée for at least two weeks
  6. that looks good ....for me room temp goes down better than hot or cold. I split up my protien shakes into 4 seperate "meals" and get all 60 gm in per day and sip sip sip getting in around 32 oz of fluids doing that. No pain a little sore in the morning take Tylenol no pain meds . Adding fiber to my AM shake to avoid any issues. Hope everyone is doing well!

  8. we r having a BBQ At my house I just remind myself it isn't forever ....I will eat again....chin up...it's hard but in the end we WIN!
  9. well had a rough first two nights with pain and vomiting....but got home wed. And doing well.i able to get in around 32 oz of water and 60 gm protien with shakes....not sore walking a lot. I hope everyone is getting through this first bit doing well.

  15. not long now....hope everyone is packed and gets a good nights sleep. We are going to be on the losers bench and on the way to onederland! Good luck and God bless to all the June 30th sleevers. I will be at my hospital at 0530 and in the OR at 0730. Exciting!

  19. i am day 5 of 10 days clear liquid/protien shake festivities .....it's amazing but down 13 pounds ....so yea me.
