  1. I am so glad to know that I am not the only one with aches and pains - especially my collarbone!!! It has really bothering me. My husband thinks I'm crazy, but now I know it's a side effect of losing so much weight. I will take the aches and pains though rather than be what I was - but ouch it's uncomfortable!!
  2. When you haven't seen someone in a while and they gasp and can't believe how fabulous you look!
  3. Yes - thank you so much Susan!!!! I know how much we all appreciate it and realize how much time this must take every week to update. It keeps me very motivated and I am grateful you have taken it over!! Thanks again!
  4. Starting weight: 240 Challenge weight: 219 Kind of ambitious I know!! Thanks for keeping this going!!!!
  5. I won't be able to check in tomorrow, so my final weight for this challenge is 244!!! My goal was 250. I am thrilled!!!!!
  6. Weight: 249 today! 1 lb under goal!!!
  7. What was the reason the Dr said to stop drinking protein shakes? I'm 3 months out and still have them.

  10. Today's weight: 250.4!!!! I am .4 pounds away from my Labor Day goal!!! Who-Hoo!!
  11. I have been taking all of the vitamins - yes. I thought if I got all of my protein and vitamins in every day faithfully that the hair loss might not have happened to me, but it has. I can't wait for it to stop. It's been about a month now.
  12. I have lost 55 pounds since surgery on May 14, 2014 and I lost 23 pounds in the 3 weeks before surgery on my liquid diet. So 55 pounds since surgery, 78 pounds overall. I feel wonderful, have more energy and know for sure this was the best decision I could have ever made for myself. I am losing a good amount of hair. That's my only regret and side effect. I haven't been exercising at all. I need to start!!!!!

  17. I should also say that my husband and close friends and family noticed a long time ago.
  18. My highest weight was 328, and my surgery date was May 14, 2014. I've lost a total of 62 pounds. But what's funny is that my co-workers have finally just started noticing this past week that I have lost weight! While I am thrilled to be down 62 pounds, it's shocking to think that I was so big that it would take me losing 62 pounds for people to notice. Yikes!!!
  19. Starting weight:328 Current weight:275 Goal weight:250 Good luck everyone!!!
