Sleeved May 2nd in Grinnell, Iowa. I'm doing well! Post op appointment this Wednesday. Walk as much as you can, that helps with gas. Crystal Light helps me get some of my water in. I also drink sugar free vitamin water. By day 6-7 I felt better..

I'm on liquids for 6 more days. I'm doing pretty good. I'm not very sore or anything. I get my staples out Wednesday. I'm looking forward to that.

I live 25 minutes from Des Moines, I had the sleeve done by Dr Coster on May 2nd
