  2. Way to go! You look amazing. Was your only form of exercising walking or did you do other things as well?
  3. Congratulations, you look amazing! How did you manage to not have any loose skin?
  4. 150 today. I did not make my goal of 145 but I'm happy the scale went down instead of going up. So I'll take my 8# loss Susan, I hope your move went smoothly. Thanks again for doing this. You're the best Happy Halloween Everyone!
  5. Congratulations...you look great!
  6. Congratulations on the weight loss! I believe many of us still struggle with eating too fast and taking larger bites than we should. Just last night I had to pay close attention to how large of a bite I was eating. But practice makes perfect, lol. I wish you continued success
  7. Congratulations you look fantastic!

  14. Hi Brandigirl, Congratulations on your weight loss. It seems like you know what you have to do to lose those last 40#. You just have to put your mind to it and remain focused (I know it's easier said than done). But I agree that it can be extremely tough and frustrating. I still have 23# to lose to reach my goal but it seems like lately the weight just doesn't want to come off (i.e. I've lost 5# in the last 8 weeks, ugh). On the days when I can't make it to the gym I just walk on my treadmill while watching tv. I figure it beats laying on the couch watching tv, lol. Even if you don't have any exercise equipment at home, there are a few phone apps that can help you get moving. I wish you all the best on your journey. Stay encouraged!
  15. Congratulations Lap Band Evelyn and Bmjohnson! And...of course you can Lap Band Evelyn I wish you both continued success on your journey.
  16. Hi Jim, This was such an inspiring article. Thanks so much for sharing your story. BTW, you look awesome! Congratulations!
  17. Jenjo you really look amazing! You sure don't look "big" in your photo. You look so tiny in that black dress (unless that isn't really you, lol). However, I truly understand how you feel. I'm 6.5 months out and have lost just 5# in the past 2 months. Im starting to believe that I'm not going to lose the last 25# I need to lose (all stomach). We bot should probably take Cowgirl Jane's advice and up the exercise and lower the carb intake. Good Luck!!!
  18. 153, again . I'm starting to think I'm never gonna lose the last 23 pounds...but I'm not gonna stop trying. Have a great weekend everyone!
