What's for breakfast?
The pancake recipe above is not my normal Breakfast. It's a hit the craving and get it out of the way for me. I use my own Protein powder. I add as much as I like...I also use sugar free maple syrup My normal is egg whites. Prosciutto (paper thin Italian bacon) and asparagus. or a light and fit Carmel Apple pie geek yogurt. Has little pieces of apple. So good.

@@Jessiegirl30 Oh wow! Congrats What have you been doing to get such great results? Can you get the dress altered by a tailor/seamstress?- employment opportunities?
Weight loss or attitude. I believe it's both. Employers see a confident healthy candidate. A person that would represent their organization well within the working world and outwardly to the public. It is society's perceptions. Unfortunately most of us have been marginalized because of weight issues. I'm 5 months out. I have placed a few applications out for employment. Funny, I'm looking forward to interviews for the first time in my life. I need a fresh start where people don't know I was morbidly obese. My girls...Penny and her pup Nox- How do you deal with stress/anxiety without eating?
I wish I would have known that you can go to your local barbaric support groups pre surgery.. Many other people in the same situation. I really could have used the support and information when I was loosing weight for insurance approval. I agree with @Kindle. Behaviors that have gotten us to the point of having weight loss surgery must be dealt with. I hope you find what work's for you. Jenn- Type 1 Sleeve
@@hamitchell Wonderful! I love to hear about others that have had success with surgery and getting their diabetes controlled. The health benefits are amazing. Thanks for sharing- Type 1 Sleeve

@ Oooh..Ok, Let me explain I have lost 78 from surgery and 94 from my highest weight. Did not mean to mislead anyone. It's just the way I'm tracking.- Type 1 Sleeve
Hi there, I'm a type one. I'm almost 5 months out from surgery. My A1C is a 5.9. Diabetes is well controlled. Work with your Dr,'s and Dieticians. Each of us will experience WLS and diabetes differently. I used two types of insulin before surgery. I'm now taking one at a much lower dose. I am experiencing lows. My dietician has added carbohydrates to every meal. I eat my Protein first and a small bite of potato. I work out about an hour and a half six days a week. I now eat a small amount of carb's before and after I work out. It has kept the lows away. If my blood sugar drops rapidly I drink watered down orange juice or a glucose tab. My family Dr. is amazed at what this surgery has done for my health.- June 2014 sleevers, how's everyone doing?
So glad you started this post. Fantastic to see everyone is doing great~ Well done all. Sleeved June 2nd 2014. Down 78 pounds from surgery. Down 94 from my highest weight. Diabetes type 1 well controlled use very little insulin. Cpap is going to be evaluated in Nov to see if I need it any more. Off cholesterol med's. Living life! I'm so thankful. - My birthday and 5 months out
