  1. I really would love some advice from you guys! I had my sleeve done May 29th, 2014 Starting weight: 365 Current weight: 273 Needless to say I feel great! I have never lost this much weight in my life and wow did it come off fast. I am so very happy with my decision to get this life changing surgery done. BUT, right now I am frustrated. I feel as though I am not eating the "right" foods, and I have not lost any more weight. =( Maybe this is just what they call a "stall" but I don't like it!! lol What do you guys eat on a daily basis? How many calories? How many carbs? sugar? Protein? Thank you!
  2. Wow YES it's a serious problem since my hubby is fishing in AK. Can't wait until he gets home. I'm sure he will be pleasantly surprised as well.
  3. Thanks Guys! 6 weeks since my surgery I think I may have a glass of wine, but we will see. Have a great holiday everyone!
  4. So how long did you guys wait until you had a drink with alcohol in it? 4th of July weekend and I am REALLY wanting one.

  7. Starting weight 365 Weight day of surgery 358 Current weight 330 Going into week 4 I am feeling so anxious to get in the gym and lift weights. Lol I also can't wait to get under 300..... My dad's 60th birthday is in a month, is being under 300 realistic? What are some of y'all's favorite foods at this point?
  8. Thank you guys so much. Glad to know it;s normal and I'm not the only one experiencing this. I have been trying really hard to up my calories with healthy choices. (had only been getting 300-400 a day, now trying for 600-700) What kind of exercise are y'all getting in? Your input is SO helpful
  9. Help y'all, I'm stuck at the same weight for about a week now, which seems really weird, and discouraging! Any suggestions? Anyone experience this?
  10. Really glad I found this group. My surgery was on may 29th I am back at work and feel as if I cant focus on anything! lol I also am feeling a little constipated and have started on mushy foods, which don't seem to be going over that well. Is anyone exercising, if so, how much?
  11. Anyone have any suggestions for the puréed food week? I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm sick of mashed potatoes and retried Beans. Lol Any suggestions are great!
  12. Thank you all so much, today was another day and better than yesterday. My husband leaves tomorrow to fish in alaska for the summer so I will have 2 months to focus on just me! How much walking we're you guys doing by this point?
  13. Just extremely anxious to get life started again... This is the most frustrating part, I hope!
