Or 2 visits a month for 3 months have a BMi over 40 and or have a medical issue and see a psychologist. I did the 3 mo twice a month. I lost a little but not much. There was no specific amount to lose. But it seems you only get partial info from these people. I did request it in writing which they sent me a few weeks ago. So far UHC has been good with all my test but one. The sleep test. But I can't send my paperwork in until I have my phych evaluation which isn't till May 27th. So when did you start and do u have to go 6 month b4 insurance will cover it?

I am going to him now bit can't seem to find very many people who have had their surgery by Dr. Gandsas. He seems nice and has an impressive background.

I have plenty of leave to take so thank god that's the least of my worries. I haven't spoken to my supervisor yet about it since I want to wait for my approval.

I did call them but I didn't get my question answered. I thought they said all would be covered but. 150 a night for each stay at the hospital would be my out of pocket expense. It just doesn't seem right to me. I'm going to call again. Thanks

I have United Health mdipa through the federal Government in MD. I was wondering if anyone who has this medical has had surgery. If you have, how much of that surgery did you have to pay?

I have federal UHC and I too was wonding how long the turnaround time takes to get approved for the surgery once the paper work is submitted for those of you who have that insurance I started the process 3 months ago through my dr and now i have to go 3 more months through the surgeon. Any information would be helpful.
