Hey every one so I start my liquid diet today and I am sick due to pollen , what meds can I take ? Or I can't take anything

how soon can you wear a body shaper or a girdle after surgery ? is it ok to do? i want to wear it asap so that it can help mold my body

what about drinking your Protein with vanilla soy milk or almond milk ? is that ok to do No diarrhea. Its just evrytime I drink Protein Powder and 1% milk I get about sick,burp sneeze and my stomach hurts.Any suggestions? Following surgery couldn't do 1% milk with my Ovaltine and had to switched to lactaid skim milk and I've been able to handle that perfecto. Hope this helped.

thanks for the reply ! i really needed new ideas ,have you ever tried this is it ok to mix with milk before and after surgery ? is that a no no lol Body Fortress at Walmart is excellent. Pure Protein at Target. Both GNC and Vitamin Shoppe sell Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard, which I think tastes really good and has great numbers.

can any one give me good suggestion on whey protien , that i can just go to walmart , gnc or any vitamin store to buy? when i dont have a chance to order online. thanks
