can any one give me good suggestion on whey protien , that i can just go to walmart , gnc or any vitamin store to buy? when i dont have a chance to order online. thanks

Body Fortress at Walmart is excellent. Pure Protein at Target. Both GNC and Vitamin Shoppe sell Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard, which I think tastes really good and has great numbers.

I've only tried the chocolate flavor, but I highly recommend the Premier Protein shakes at Wal-Mart and Sam's club. EAS carb control chocolate comes in a close 2nd. Both cost about $ 1.50 per shake.

Just make sure it is Protein isolate (best kind for sleevers as the protein is highly available to your body, more so than other types of protein) and make sure the mix is low in carbohydrates.
