My daughter was in the hospital !! The one I had my sleeve done in!! So I spent three days there, and had to eat there the looks I got when I went to the cafeteria was unbelievable...... I stood next to a dr ordering a cheese burger, and loaded fries and tell the man making it how unhealthy it is!! When the man preparing the food asks me what I would like and I say one plain grilled chicken breast please!! The look on the Drs face and the mans face worth a million !! Then man said would you like a bun ?? I said no thank you plain will be fine!!!

it was driving me nuts that the scale wasn't moving so I measured my hips and thighs and neck and bust and waist I dropped inches even when the scale stayed the same !!

I'm four weeks out ?? So missing salad! Any thoughts seems like every dr has a different thought!

So down!! Calm down !! You will be fine you don't urinate the same u need fluid in to have fluid out!! Small sips get some gatorade , vitamin water small sips you can so it I couldn't so Protein at first either try popsicles ice chips something !! Good luck

I only I think had five 4-2 was my date I have one that is kinda sore and ozzy some times I ended up having a reaction to the liquid band-aid !!

Yes!!! Same thing happened to me I was thinking this it all I can loose!! Ha hay surgery 4-2 so I'm what 24 days out and I finally started dropping again yes!! Thank you God so happy I did increase my protein !!!

I guess one of the biggest question is !!..... Why are people so concerned 1. So they think they need it done?? 2. Are they afraid we will look better then them??? 3. Do they have a family or friend that would benefit from weight lose surgery !! Let's face it almost everyone struggles with weight!!

Some people know and some don't !! I'm just saying eating better excising !! And increasing my protein !!

On the positive side I heard it burns calories trying to stay warm!!!

Never seen the kids menu the thought of a small steak !!! Um can't wait until I can it eat it lol!!
