  3. Hey wait back to your rant .... If I read it why would I be here And that we remove me from the easy part of just asking. Again and again and again And hey did you change your name on here?

  5. I am so sorry you didn't have a good experience. Am glad nothing happened to you.
  6. Every surgeon is different Talk to your doctor. I've seen everything from 24 hours of liquids to 1 month or longer on here
  7. I told everyone however you can say you've started a new lifestyle diet managed by your physician - and part of your physician plan is to go on liquids for a bit and then slowly reintroduce foods.
  8. I am not sure I understand - please forgive me You were recently sleeved Did you have a negative experience? Did anything happen?
  9. Was there not something appropriate with the starters? I would have had one piece of starter before having that bread. At 3 weeks it is certainly too soon to have wine.
  10. I hope so. Maybe some of the negativity made it through her broken synapses.
  11. I was outpatient as it was 23 hour stay, but I was overnight.
  12. I did not. Each person is different I think
  13. So this was on again last night and I recorded it I have read so many comments on her story on this site I had to watch it. So I recorded it and am playing back now. Holy mother of god. She won't change for her son. I would do anything for my kids. They're the reason I got a sleeve. I lost my mom when I was 9. She had an aneurysm and stroke. And I can't allow that to happen to me. Healthy is what I want to be for them.
  14. You look fabulous and can't wait to look like you ! But in a brunette version!
  15. I did! Cocktail hour they had roast beef and ham carving station in addition to all the other bad choices. I stuck to have. Cut it up in really teeny tiny pieces. I ordered a Pinot Grigio and sipped it for 7 hours dinner - first course was ravioli - I passed it onto the other diners at the table stating I was full from cocktail hour. Second course salad - I are the couple pieces of cheese on the plate. Passed it to hubby Entree - I got the fish and ate very slowly and played tricks with the plate. I basically destroyed that fish and made it look like I had eaten. I think I managed 3 ounces. They gave me 10. Desert was waffles and cream with berries I passed it onto other diners who had had the smallest entree of surf and turf I've ever seen in my life. These people were hungry Cake - I took a mini bite Champagne toast I pretended to drink it. I danced a lot! No one really noticed my slow eating or lack thereof. It was great!!!
  16. Have you seen a doctor, maybe you have an inner ear infection? Any fevers or anything?

  18. I was told no alcohol starting 3 months before and for at least a year after. Empty calories
  19. It's the carbonation you're not supposed to have. Makes your tummy expand.
  20. I was 240 and was in 18 pants when new But my 16's still fit. Stretched out and well worn. Jeans had to be 18. I don't know how some 240 women get in an extra large - but they do have seen it on here. Am amazed. Know exactly what op means
  21. Everyone is different. But you will get there too. I know you will. I have a pity party when I see people losing 40 pounds a month and I stop immediately. My journey, my way, it's not a race against each other
  22. Am at 42 pounds at the almost 8 week mark. 25 or so of that since I had the surgery
  23. Try other Proteins as well. If you have a whole foods near you they sell sample packets. Maybe someone can drive you over and you can pick a couple different kinds. I know what I liked pre op did not work for me post op. The taste buds changed
