Growing up I was always super skinny. When i reached middle school I kind of got pudgy but being active in sports through high school kept me solid but to me i was overweight. after high school i lost some weight and did fantastic but around 19 I started gaining weight with no change in lifestyle. not until after I got married and started trying to have children did I get diagnosis with hypothyroid and PCOS, which of course the drs say was why I started gaining weight. Since then It has nearly impossible to lose weight. Then after having my 2nd child it really went down hill. Hormones took their toll and have been wrecking havoc on my body since. I have tried every diet to only lose a few pounds no matter how hard I worked out not matter how little calories I consumed. Consulting with my dr she sent me to synergy and they said they have seen what I am going though so many times. My thyroid and hormones (combined with the PCOS) are fighting with my body. I am so happy to finally see some light at the end of the tunnel. This is my RESET button. This is my new beginning.
