  1. So I woke up this morning with a runny nose and sore throat! I may have to get antibiotics because orange juice, soup and DayQuil is not working AND it's 10 days BEFORE my scheduled surgery what should I do? Has anyone gotten a cold before surgery? What's going to happen?
  2. @@Luana526 yes I am very nervous about the lifestyle change! All I do is think about what it would be like exactly for me personally. I'm afraid of failing or becoming depressed because I won't be able to eat a lot like I'm use to doing..... I know it's for the best for my health and well being and a plus for my sexiness
  3. @@Luana526 We have the same surgery date! My pre-op starts today and it's not totally liquids. I can have a "smart" (smart ones, lean cuisine, ect..) meal for lunch and dinner protein drink for breakfast and snack unlimited clear liquids like broth, cranberry juice of course water, low fat dairy products sugar free jello coffee, tea, fresh, canned or frozen fruits and vegetables in water. Congratulations and good luck with your lifestyle change
