1. Thanks for the suggestion!
2. So that's on a Wednesday night. I might be working not sure cause I'll have just had surgery for the gallbladder removal.
3. They've all given me advice based on their experiences
4. That's cause I know a lot of people who have had surgery
5. 94 days until July. Yippee. I need to meet with my nutritionist and they added an xray for my chest now. That's it as far as I know. Then it's once a month meet with Dr. And whatever they add at the end to prepare you for surgery. I cannot wait to start taking the pounds off!!!!! I am done being this big girl! A few days before my surgery I am making my own broth flavored with no salt and canning it. I am buying everything I'll need and setting it up ahead of time for my two weeks off. Sf Popsicles. Coconut water. Plain water. Protein drinks. Whatever I'm told I can have during those two weeks. I'm asking for a treadmill from my husband so that I can walk no matter what the weather is. Vegas gets up to well over 100 degrees and is so hot! I can't wait till it is time to go for surgery. I have another surgery on April 11th for removal of my gallbladder. No more gallstones and acid reflux for me. Things are moving along but July seems so far off. If they push my surgery into August I'll be so upset! I am going to schedule my Dr visit in July early and hope we can get a date! Or before then if possible.
6. How long ago was your surgery? You only eat/drink protein shakes?
7. What do they do at these meetings
8. I will. Thank you. I have gallbladder surgery on the 11th so I should be off from work still. I work as a front end manager at Smiths so my schedule is all over the place. Crazy. Lol. I will see you there.
9. I love the pictures on here. Some people look so different it's like 2 different people. Awesome
10. I know what you mean. We're going to have good days and bad days but if the good are at 90% that leaves only 10% for messing up. I'm striving for the 90 because being perfect all of the time feels like too much pressure. I'll do my best.
11. I haven't had surgery yet. But I definitely will attend after. Does anyone pre op go?
12. Curvy cakes what a cute name. Thank you! I hope so I'm going to try real hard
13. Cbwalker79 Thank you. Wow how did you do it? What did you eat each day and drink? Please share
14. So after surgery they have support group meetings? That's cool. Is that through oband?
15. I've read on here so many people losing like 45 or more lbs by 3 months in. If I can be successful like that and my body cooperates with that rate of loss then I am buying this. I will be just under or about 160lbs if that happens. Half way to my goal. That would be a reason to buy a gift for myself.
16. Thank you. I still haven't had coffee and boy did I want and need it the other day. But last night I got depressed and ate a lot of ice cream. So much I got sick. The good news is that i don't want ice cream. I feel so bad and out of control last night. Today is a new day. No sweets. No bad foods. Time to re focus.
17. I want to wear this by Halloween and look good
18. I live in Henderson. I am still completing my requirements and 6 month diet. I will have surgery in July.
19. Mine is in July! I am from Las Vegas! Cannot wait. It feels so far off.
20. I live in the Vegas area. I am going to be sleeved in July some time. Anyone else from Vegas?
21. Thank you for that post. There's hope that there will be minimal pain. I keep reading how people are in pain for days. Hope mine goes as well as yours. Walking sounds like the ticket.
22. So cool! Awesome! You're going to be great and have much success!
