  6. I hope your appointment goes well and hopefully you won't have to keep going back. I have an appointment with my primary on Monday to talk about my sleeping issues and maybe get a referral for a sleep study. All my labs came back great so I'm not sure what the deal is.

  9. I had my 4 month check up last week with my surgeon and I am having a hard time. I am down 33 lbs since my surgery date but am having trouble sleeping severely.... only getting between 2.5-3.5 hours per night WITH otc sleep aids. and i am not eating enough, dr says i need to get 300-400 more calories per day. it's so hard. i am exhausted all the time and have not been exercising regularly. even when i exercise i still dont sleep well.

  17. Did it taste different? I had sushi once and it tasted metallic to me I was sad because I used to really love sushi
  18. That's crazy mine told me to avoid all juices even v8. I'd love to have juice!
  19. Yes! I have been dying to eat salads! I've eaten a salad every day since last Wednesday
  20. Glad to hear you are doing well. I'm finally able to eat raw veggies again so I'm like you having lots of trial and error. The hardest part lately was having family over and going out a lot to restaurants. Having way too many leftovers! I've lost 18.5 lbs so far and hopefully some more before the month is over

  22. I have the same problem. I'll go like a week at the same weight then I'll drop some. I think it's normal as long as you're following your surgeon's plan
