Kathy, Thanks for the concern. I was sooooo scared. I did call the Dr right away and they told me I would be fine since it was not violent vomitting. I don't know what happened but I woke up Friday and felt okay. I feel good today. I may have over done it by being on my feet too long. I felt so bad. I hope that is gone now. Again, thanks so much!! I was banded on Aug 27th. I was doing so good. Yesterday I started the nausea again and even threw up. I feel the same today. Did anyone else have this? My Dr keeps saying wait the 2 weeks you will feel better. I feel like I have made a mistake.

Hi everyone, It is Monday night and I feel human again!! I actually went to the mall today for a bit. I was careful not to over do it this time. That can be painful! I have to admit I'm hungry every 3 hours. I can't tolerate the cream soups yet. Not much dairy at all actually. Oh well...hope all is well or at least much better with everyone!! Jody from Jersey

Kathy, The same thing happened to me. With each moment of the day though it changes now. At certain times things taste normal. In the morning, forget it! Water tastes disgusting. Hang in there it may start to go away. It is slowly for me at times!! Jody

Oh Clara, I hope things are getting better. I feel so bad for you. My husband keeps telling me that I am tired because I can't get anything down. I have been very nauseous. I could barely get enough Water in. All my sister in laws want to know is how much did you lose? Not, are you feeling ok, need anything! I will say my prayers for you tonight and hang in there! Jody

Kat, That is probably what I am feeling. I actually called the Dr yesterday. They told me that this is all normal and that the 1st 2 weeks after banding is really tough. The nurse told me to focus on the fluids. I can't imagine going back to work. I am taking next week off as well. I think I may have over done it today. Who knows....this is a long haul at first huh?? I am feeling the nausea. Which means my protein drink won't go down so now i am starting to feel real tired. I thought the bands were empty also when they implant them. Good luck...I seem to be feeling the same way.

I have noticed too that my tastes have changed. It is making hard to find something to keep down. Jody

Thanks everyone! Candle, I am having trouble having any Soups or Protein drinks. I think it is because of what Marilyn said. i am dehydrated. I am going to sip my way through the day and keep track. Thanks Everyone!!

Hi everyone, I am 4 days out and feeling horrible. I am nauseous and having "spasms" up to my throat. What foods did you eat at 4 days? I think I need better ones. Thanks, Jody

Hi everyone, Is anyone experiencing spasms around where the banding would be running up your throat? They last a few seconds but are tough! Also is anyone else nauseous? I think I am getting scared at this point. Advice please! What foods is everyone eating? I think mine are making me nauseous. Thanks!! Jody

Hi, I was banded yesterday as well. The gas is killing me. I try to walk a lot. I am in pain but trying to cope. Any advice?? Jody from Jersey

Hi everyone, Sounds like most of you are doing terrific. I was banded yesterday. Today the gas is in my chest and really bothering me. I couldn't tell if it was gas or reflux. I have never had reflux. How did you feel on day 2? Any gas issues? i have been walking it out. I would love to hear from you. Thanks, Jody from Jersey

I had my banding at 7:30AM Jersey time. The gas they use to distend your stomach is killing me. I started walking and now it is much better. How did everyone make out? Jody From Jersey :clap2:
