  1. Tried fish yesterday(salmon) and omg it was the worst choice I've made since surgery after a few bites I felt like I had just had a greasy hamburger and was full but then it seem like it was stuck in my throat and esophagus. I managed to drink a Lil water and went to bed woke up this morning and I still feel like somethings in my throat. I'm just gone stick with my cottage cheese, scrambled eggs and cream of wheat. I'm scared to try anything else. I don't like this feeling at all.
  2. Went for my first post op visit yesterday. (Surgery was on the 19th of feb) They removed my bandages and everything looks good. I'm down 38lbs and I can have soft pureed foods like eggs, and fish. I feel good. I go back to work in two more weeks. That's what I'm not looking forward too. Lol

  12. The first two days r hard. But just hang in there. You don't want to become dehydrated. I'm one week out today and I'm still not 100% it's a process. You'll be fine.
  13. Good morning all. This time last Wednesday I was being prep for sur g ery. So many things were going thru my mind. But thank God I'm here at home 30 lbs lighter(including the 10 day liver reduction diet) and recovering well. Left side still a little uncomfortable but I'm progressing very well. So far I feel like this is the best life changing decision I've made. Congrats to all who decided to join the losers bench.

  15. Good day all. I had my procedure done Wednesday. I'm feeling pretty good. Haven't used any pain med since yesterday. However I'm still using my pillow as my crutch on the left side. It's getting better each day. I've been sleeping on the couch. But tonight I'm gonna try to sleep in my bed.
