My surgery was on July 29th. I have lost a little over 20 pounds since the surgery. I have been reading everyone's post and they have been super helpful. I m experiencing a slight stall and it's frustrating, however, if I hadn't read everyone's post I wouldn't have know that it is normal. So THANK YOU.

Heat your plate in the microwave or oven. Stoneware plates hold the heat. I feel this really helps.

I have decaf coffee. I use my protein drink instead of creamer. It's actually very good.

My surgery was yesterday. I m already home and feeling awesome
