Thank you Mkmb. Its a roller coaster of emotions. I feel in my head like a new person. I am so excited about the next chapters in our lives. I too have never been small. Its freaks me out to think I could be smaller than my brothers. I hope you do well next week. The sooner you get up and about the less pain will set in. Remember sip sip sip walk walk walk lol. Hero I had mine done on the 11th also. I was I terrible gas pain yesterday. I am way better now. I took some milk of magnesia and some gas x. It took about 7 hours to work but I feel 100 percent better now

Yes Chrissy I am full of gas. It hurts so bad. I took some gas x but maybe I need the strips. Thank you for your help

Thanks I kinda doze on and off quite a bit. I would love to walk but we got ice and freezing rain here in arkansas. I just been walking around the house as much as I can. I looked for some moms but couldn't find any in medicine cabinet. Found exlax but kinda worried about trying that for you the reason of dehydration

I know what everyone is talking about when they say the pain gets worse lol. I moved from chair to bed several times last night cause I was hurting. I am feeling great other than then pain. I can feel gas pockets moving around inside me but not able to release it. Feels like I got to go number 2 but I end up just sitting there and falling asleep lol

Cool they gave me benadryl in the hospital too. I will have to get some.

I have cinga healthcare and I had to work the plan for 4 months

Tell me how you do it....I mean sleep that is. I wake every 30 min or so....

Had my RNY bypass yesterday. I am waiting to check out and go home. I feeling great, no sickness as of yet. I got a lot of pain in mid section but its liveable.

I had my surgery yesterday and yes we can do it. We will do it together. Your not alone so hang in there. You got 3 weeks till you start your new life. Hang in there bro.....YOU CAN DO THIS

Thanks to all the advice. I have walked several laps around the floor. I am feeling really good other than sore mid section

I got a pain button and I can dose every 6 min. As of now it just hurts below my rib cage and back. I am in disbelief that I finally got it, I am so happy I feel like crying but that would hurt to much lol

Had surgery this morning. Real sore but no throw ups or dry heaves. Just done my first walk.

This liquid diet kinda sucks. I believe I am starving to death but I know its just my stomach and mind playing games. I got to be at hospital at 9 am and it can't get here soon enough.

Thank you Terry. I swear my emotions are going all over the place. Maybe its the clear liquid diet I been on since noon yesterday or maybe its just overwhelming the thought of being healthy.

Happy that I have made it this far in 4 months..lost 58 pounds befor surgery. Someone close to me said YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE TO HAVE THE SURGERY. What if their right, I don't. I let this happen to me no one else. I was so happy last couple of days. Now I am so sad that I am questioning everything
