  1. I'm almost 2 months post op and I keep gaining and losing the same 5-7 pounds. Lowest i'll go is 210 by weeks end I could be 217 reverse cycle the next week. Been like this the last 3 weeks, I also know I'm not getting all my water in like I should so this maybe the cause of it.

  7. I've tried a few things I used to absolutely love prior to surgery and now I find them disgusting. Not that this is a bad thing because I should defiantly stay away from some of these things, but will those taste stay the same or will my original taste buds come back months after surgery?
  8. I regretted it the 1st month, but then I realized it was because I wanted to go back to all my old ways that got me in this trouble and couldn't. Then I look at myself and the scale and say no this was worth it. I'm going to avoid all the health problems that were eminent in my life and I can live a lot longer than I was headed. Yeah the most aggravating thing in the world is eating those small bites and having to wait to drink is horrible, but hey nothing's perfect.
  9. I was the same way for a week or two. I could smell my dog getting ready poop before he did it somehow. It got really weird cause I went from barely noticing anything to bring able to smell any and everything in my house.
  10. Nov 13th I started at 257 and one month out I was down 40 pounds.

  17. Hi all I just joined but I was sleeved on Nov 13th. I started at 257 I lost 22llbs the 1st week. I'm not really sure where I'm at right now because I refuse to buy a scale I don't want to live and die by it but I can see that more pounds have come off and I can wear clothes that had been sitting in my closet to small for years now. I haven't had any set backs and no pain or nausea since the procedure thankfully. Hardest thing is getting all those darn liquids down and I still yet to know when I'm full. I just seat the suggested ounces and I feel normal afterwards no full filling but not hungry either. Can't wait to start start soft foods Wed bc these soups are getting really boring.
