  1. I am 2 weeks out from revision from sleeve to bypass. I can't attest to the weight loss yet, but feel I am recovering faster. It helped to know what to expect after but do find some big differences. Good luck and no GERD is amazing.
  2. I was just hospitalized with pancreatitis due to gall stones. I'm having issues with the gall bladder when it releases the sludge and it blocks up the duct from the pancreas. I am scheduled 5/6 to see surgeon and was told I could schedule a few weeks out from there if I can control pain. Defiantly recommend getting in before you have a severe attack that won't stop. Best of luck!
  3. Can you have Isopure rtd protein drink? It's clear. That's what saved me in my clear stage.

  16. January 20th is my date. So glad to have found fellow pre-op sleeves on or around the same day. I start pre-op diet on the 6th. Seems I have lucked out as I have to follow a high protein no carb diet (Atkins). Would love to keep in touch and have some sleeve buddies.

  18. January 20th surgery date. Anyone else? Good luck everyone and thanks for helping me keep my ball of nerves in check with all of your encouragement!!!
  19. I'm in MT and self pay. I'm looking into the sleeve, but looking at going to Texas or LasVegas. It is very expensive in MT for any of the procedures.
  20. I'm in the research phase... One place I have been contacted by is Be Lite Weight and recommended to Dr. Jose Rodriguez. Can anyone give input or share their story using him. Thank you!
  21. PetSmart's insurance policy does not include weight loss surgery. I work for them also and I'm in the same boat. I'm looking into financing or self pay. Good Luck.
