  1. You're so right I'm down 3 pounds since yesterday just by going to the bathroom with significant success ( sorry I know it's TMI). It had been 6 days which is way too long. Seems like I tell yall more about what's going on with me than my own family but I also know that yall can relate. Yes I am from Georgia, howdy y'all:)
  2. Unfortunately for me, I also have a really hard time with chicken. I can't figure it out, I think maybe its too dense. I get full really fast. I love love chicken so I pray this improves overtime.
  3. Look at how far you have come. Everyday is a victory because you aren't eating anything like before. You have come so far and there is no going back. God has mighty plans for you so hold on.
  4. You're doing great. Keep it all in perspective of positive ( but I honestly realize its tough at times). The way I look at it everyday now is better than my days before when it comes to eating and taking care of me. Typical day for me: Breakfast - hot tea with 1tsp honey A boiled egg, 1/4 cup oatmeal or a strawberry lean Protein shake. lunch 2.5 oz tunafish, 1tsp lowfat mayo, 4 slices pickled beets Snack Lowfat/high protein yogurt or 100 calorie LF cottage cheese dinner 3oz fish with some kind of vegetable Night snack Hot tea with 1tsp honey MY MAJOR struggle is lack of Fluid intake. A good day 40oz. Today my BP was too low and my doc said it was due to my lack of fluid intake ..
  5. I was sleeved on Dec 9th and I just got over a 3wk stall. Then all of a sudden I was down 6lbs. Just keep up the great work, it will start again.
  6. I was sleeved on Dec 9th. HW 234 SW 214 CW 196.3 I was a major volume eater before so this has and is a major "head" adjustment. I incredibly excited about my weight loss so far, it just scares me that it'll stop or that I will regain once my body adjusts to my sleeve. My goal is 140.
  7. HW - 234 SW - 214 CW - 196.3 Current size 16-14 Bye Bye 20-18's - super stoked
  8. My sincerest condolences and congratulations on your new dress size proud of you
  9. My starting weight was 234, I was sleeved December 9th
  10. Hallelujah friends, it's a great day because install I've been on for 3 weeks is officially broken. more amazing news is I'm officially in the 100 club, I weigh 199 this morning. I am so incredibly excited and thankful. ok y'all 2014 is our year so let's do this!
  11. Your so right, we need each other
  12. Great idea. Nothing great for me so far, I am still nervous. All I can add thus far plan tuna and salmon are delicious ..more to come
  13. Still @ a 3 wk stall...no weight loss but overall I'm down 32lbs so the rest will come with time. Sleeved Dec 9th
  14. That's what I really need to do is stay off the scales, but man its hard. It's hard to believe that you could never hardly ever get me on a weight scale and now you can't hardly get me off of it lol. Thank you so much for the encouragement, I really needed it today.
  15. So I was sleeved on Dec 9th. I am down 32 lbs but I have been stalled for 2 wks. Although I know its normal, it is so frustrating. For those of you who have been stalled how long did it take before you start losing weight again?
  16. Hw.234 SW. 214 Cw. 202 Vsg date 12/9 This is my 2nd wk @stall...frustrated but I have to believe its temporary. Went to the gym on Monday, and I over done it. I literally felt faint and nauseated, I think I am going to wait a little longer.
  17. I just joined tonight and I'll plan to start on Monday morning. I plan to start off with cardio only and once I go back to my surgeon the end of this month if he gives me a full release, a plan to get a trainer next month. That being said I'm not going to push it, going and doing cardio is a huge step plus I'm back to work full time. I feel fatigued my stay so I'm just going to do the best I can; honestly, everything is an improvement compared to before.
  18. Hey yall, I was Sleeved on 12/9 ... HW 234 SW 214 CW 201 Super excited
