I am only 3 days post op.

Feels like a sharpe pain hits my stomach when I drink water or take my liquid pain meds!???

I just had surgery 2 days ago an haven't had anything to eat or drink in 3 am have severe hiccups ???

What is with the dang hiccups? Ugghhhh.

Hey y'all my surgery went well I am still n the hospital I have bad nausea an my Bp is high w I don't know if this is normal or not so I need som answers plz.

Had my VSG @ 9:15 am yesterday an I feeling fine except waves of nausea..an I hiccuped 3 time that hurt bad . But I think I have almost made it to the losers side. I am stil in the hospital

I am up an walking . There is a lot of gas trapped in my body . I really like the delotdid med that they have givin me it helps with the pain . I am swollen from fluid . But I am sure I will pee in a couple days . Just givin y'all an update . I think for the most part Jesus seen me through this and my wonderful support group(y'all) so thanks everyone I will keep in touch.

I know this sounds crazy but does the hospital give u a chance to shower later after the surgery if so do I need to bring toiletries?

I have been on my pre-op diet for 13 days and have lost 9lbs Whoo hoo I have my VSG tommorow morning at 8:15 I am nervous and excited . My stats--- 5'3 SW -224 CW-215 surgery tommaro) GW-150...mabey I can do it . Y'all have been such a good support group. I am so blessed to have this app.

I am having my surgery at 815 in the morning . I am ready to do this . I am scared but I think god will give me peace as long as I ask . Good luck to every one who is having surgery this month .

Mine is on the 20th also . I am on my 1100 calories / protein shake / water diet too. I am doin ok just ready to get the surgery over. I hate this anticipation .

I have been on my high protein diet / 1100 calorie now for 10days and have lost 6 lbs I think that is great . I used all my calories on Chinese food after church today . I had a food funeral lol Chinese is one of my favs ????
