  7. My nut told me that gummies were not enough because they have vitamins but not minerals.
  8. I have been having this problem also. Saying "goodbye" to favorite foods. Thanks to that mentality, I have gained 10lbs since I decided to have the surgery. But one of the advanced member reminded me that I will be able to have all these foods- just in small portions. Keep your chin up and you can do this.
  9. Welcome back to the forum, sleeve-a-licious!
  10. Good question. I was wondering that same thing.
  11. I empathize. My husband is ,like, "Do what you have to do, but keep me out of it". Real supportive of him. I dont know the right words to make it better. sorry.
  12. This will be very helpful to me. Thanks for posting.
  13. All the usual warnings about calling your doctor to find out for sure, but... for now...I am a nurse and that sounds normal to me. Make sure it doesn't smell yucky. Cover with a clean gauze, if you have one. Relax....I think it sounds ok.
  14. I agree to avoid the caffeine. Other than that- my nutritionist says that half should be water and the other half can be the fluids that you listed. Hopes this helps.
  15. I agree with Nerdy. I am a nurse, also.
  16. I feel for you. I too am pre-op. I have to have a sleep study in 2 weeks, then maybe 2 mos on an apnea machine before they will give me a surgery date. I am discouraged. My husband is also not the supportive type. But we will overcome!
  17. How can I easily make a weight loss ticker?
  18. How can I easily make a weight loss ticker?
  19. I feel for you. I've gained 10lbs since deciding to do the surgery. I'm gonna be huge by the time surgery rolls around LOL. Hang in there and don't be so hard on yourself.
