Hi my sleeve is 19 so I started this weekend not bad , I've move my 3 drinks to 9 1230 3. It was hard to get the 3rd one in do close to dinner so dinner is at 6 , not bad I use bananas frozen vanilla protein, surgery free Hersey , or I just try teaspoon peanut butter , that was pretty good? I love the nutribullet but only thing is the lid gets so tight it's hard to get off anyone else has this problem

I've started in June , I wanted lap band now gong for sleeve , I decided to go sleeve because , seem more logical I'll be out anyway ,loose more weight 80 percent 60 on lap an Band Now am going 19 do research what is good for you.

I know how you feel I gain so much weight with kids , and I try every diet there is I lose then I never get pass the mark, am 55 now and ready to do this, 5 years ago no I was scare ? Now I can't wait, it will be the best thing for me , am 5:2 and 250 down. 244 doing pre op nov 19 is my day ! Good luck !
