  2. I have to keep myself in check because I tend to eat to fast, Then I eat to much and get a overstuffed feeling. I can eat most things but I agree with the poster that said just because you can doesn't mean you should.
  3. Starting weight 176 Goal weight 169
  4. Yes! This is so true. I think about sweets and crave them all the time. I wonder if it will ever stop and if I indulge it's 100 times worse. I'm also hungry all the time. I thought all this would stop once I had my sleeve but sadly no. I'm not one of the lucky ones.
  5. I really enjoy monk fruit it's all natural with very little after taste just go easy on it because it is very sweet.
  6. I eat to fast too. I need to heed this advice as well.
  7. Congratulations on your weight loss and your positive attitude. I too have been a slow loser however as long as it's moving down I'm happy. I believe attitude is everything even when it's tough.
  8. Sorry for your loss. I know you are scared but I glad you are pushing through. There is a lot of support here and like the previous post said maybe you can join a local support group. I know the support is important so don't hesitate to use all of us. We are here for you. Prayers coming your way.
  9. Yes my cup size has gone up a size. It is very strange to me.
  10. It is completely normal, just hang in there and follow you Doctors instructions. You will be back to losing in no time.
  11. Everything I liked before surgery i couldn't choke down after. I had all these protein powders and couldn't drink them, Then I tried muscle milk premixed. I liked it well enough low sugar 20 grams protein. After a while on that I switched to premier protein premixed 30 grams protein. I also used ungery chicken broth mixed it up first then mixed in soups. Make sure you mix it exactly the temp it says or it gets weird. The broth was a life saver after surgery. Moral of the story don't stock up to much because your pallet changes.
  12. Congratulations! How exciting!
  13. Jenny Craig Adkins South beach HCG Fasting Juicing Exchange diet ( eat and be slim) Know more diet (jazzercise) Cabbage soup diet Rotation diet Low fat diet Slim fast

  15. Hang in there and just think one sip at a time. It's daunting at first but it gets easier.
  16. I still love food and think about food a lot, however it is easier to just have a little or just walk away. I also found recently while on a road trip that I didn't want to stop and eat all the time which was nice. Sometimes when I'm hungry and thinking about all the food I want I eat something small like a cheese stick and then I am satisfied. It really is amazing.
  17. I'm sorry to hear that you are having such a bad time. I do not have a bypass so I can't offer any advice but my thoughts are with you that all goes well and that you can get this pain under control.
  18. I have the sleeve and I have dumping syndrome from time to time. It's no fun. I hope you feel better soon.
  19. Congratulations! My prayers are with you.
  20. Unfortunately you do get the slime with the sleeve and it's no fun. However that being said it doesn't happen to me very often.
  21. Your not alone. You can do this. The craziness gets better just hang in there it's so worth it.
