Everything went awesome..I was told my apt would be around a hr we were done in ten min..wooohoo...today was also my last nutrition apt...tress test on thur then im all done with my requirements. .yaaaay!

Should I be nervous? Lol Not really sure what to expect.

Hope ur feeling better soon...I so understand ur pain..I also have degenerative disc disease and a herniated disc. I have sciatica in both legs and the pain is now affecting my feet..I often have days were im barely walking.

Had my Physical Therapy appointment today..that one more step closer to submitting to the insurance. .woohoo!

If they didnt require u lose a certain amount then im sure ur fine ..thats the whole point of surgery because other diets didnt work..hang in there I think u will be fine..definitely let us know how ur appointment goes today.

How much are u required to loss ?

Had my 2nd nutrition apt today..scheduled my last few apts I needed gonna submit to insurance on sept 20th...omg this is happening so fast..really getting nervous now...looks like I will have a oct surgery if all goes well...woohoo!

So far ive had to pay $45 copay for each NUT appointment and I will have to pay for the psychiatrist appointment and its $150..other then that I havent paid anything else but I do a have a few test left to do.

Awww I love California! I lived there untill 2005 when I moved to Oklahoma. ..hoping to move home in the future...keep me posted on ur progress its nice to have someone at the same stage.

Im in Tecumseh ...Dr Ronnie Keith in Norman will be doing my surgery.

I cant imagine how the 10 day liquid diet is gonna be..got to just keep telling ourselves how bad we want the surgery. .lol

When I seen the nutritionist last week she gave me a diet plan and wanted me to start a meal replacement every morning..I cant seem to find the motivation to get started and I go back to see her tues..ugh..I have stoped all soda and went to decafe tea with splenda and also started a daily vitamin that she asked me to do...but dang I just cant seem to find my mojo with this diet
