  1. Hi I had gastric bypass on sept the 4 and my starting weight was 412... before surgery I was 388 my weight now is 363
  2. Had surgery a week ago today still in a little pain but its tolerable Im feeling better day by day im on stage 2 which is oatmeal grits soups baby food but fruits only water still my protein shakes its there any other things to eat in this stage

  6. Had surgery September 4 2013 just came home today im a pain but not as much when I was in the hospital every thing went good im home resting now looking forward to what's ahead
  7. Surgery is tomorrow well in a few hours im excited nervous and anxious please pray for me
  8. Not sure I just think its my nerves but the more I talk to people and they reassure me im doing the right thing I feel better I know it for the best
