  1. I was the same way and I switched to the gax x that melts on your tongue. It helps and works a little faster than the chewable. Move around a lot the more the better
  2. Ccool. How far out are you Raven?
  3. Can anyone tell me how much your pouch is to hold after the swelling goes away? At first I could drink and be full at 1/4 cup of fluids now I can drink more than that. Just wondering if its normal? I am 8 weeks out.

  5. I had a cold right b 4 I had surgery drink plenty plenty of fluids and get rest and you should be fine. Checking with your pcp will not hurt either
  6. My personal opinion is. STOP!! Start taking care of your self. If you don't feel like doing don't do. Quit pushing yourself. Your kids are Grown not babies. If you don't take care of your self and something worse happens to you and god forbid you go home to glory they are still going to keep it moving. Self preservation is the first law if you can't take care of your self you can't take care of others. I am sorry for your lost. My prayers are with you and your family.   7. I am 7 weeks out and I havw gas off and on all day. Gas x strips are my best friend. Its getting better slowly. I don't know if it will ever completely stops.

  9. Wow. I feel the pain. I want some lays potatoe chips and fish. I be wanting to cheat and try a chip. But to scared I mean if you suck on the chip it will melt in your mouth. Ijs.:-). But 1 more week and soft foods I hope. I see my doctor wed and then I can find out how much I weight.
  10. The nurse or rep whoever she is ; is kinda rude. I do understand that it is early in the morning and people are sleepy but that is not a excuse for anyone to be rude. If she didn't want to do the paperwork and sign us in she should have had someone else do it. Smh at rude people.
  11. Okay. I made it safely sitting here waiting to be taken back to the room and get hooked up. Or is scheduled for 715. Its 442am now been here since 415.

  13. Yes 4 but I am thinking 3 night cause the night before is not going to be to good of a sleep
  14. Wow I would not have thought of the eqr plugs. But I will bring a pair just in case. At my hospital we have private rooms.
  15. I would say tooth brush, tooth paste, socks, chap stick, big night gown ( so that it want stick to you), hair brush and comb ( depending on how you do your hair), your breathing machine, your own toiletries.
  16. I have to be there at 9am. I can't wait to sit on the losers bench. I started the pre op diet today. So far so good. I think I will be alright. My doctor told me I can do ice cream. No nuts etc... but im good with that.
