  1. Luckinluv- it took 2-3 weeks of me calling the insurance company to get approved. I had a similar experience. I would call they would tell me it was pending. Then I would call again and get another answer or denied. I found it was helpful when I called to write down what I was told, by who, date and time, then ask when I should call back- even though I would call the next day. Don't be afraid to ask for someone higher up. I finally got the answers I needed and what was keeping me from approval. Good luck!
  2. Hi Wayne! I am 11 months out from surgery. Although you could have ate too much- be careful with the mayo on things you do not prepare yourself especially tuna/chicken salad. The amount of fat in real mayo is really high. Could have bothered you as well.
  3. My doc said I could drive after I was off narcotic pain meds. You will be really tired from the anesthesia wearing out of your system. I remember after coming home from the hospital I would try to respond to text messages and I would fall asleep. I had my surgery on a Monday and felt perky enough to drive myself Sunday night. You will know when your ready.

  7. Hi everyone! I am new. My surgery is next Monday, June 10th. I am excited and so far not nervous at all. I try to do as much research as I can to know what to expect and have the best outcome possible. Good luck June surgeries!
