  1. I'm two months and I just started eating wraps. Im really try to stay away from carbs so I found some wraps that only have 5 net carbs. Be careful when choosing wraps or tortillas because some of them can have as many or more carbs then bread. Same with fat content. My nut also said I could have sandwich thins but like I said I'm staying away cause the carbs are too much.
  2. Ugh I just woofed down a half a tortilla pizza. I'm getting back into old habits. Not good. I feel like junk now. Ugh!!
  3. This morning I'm down 60lbs since I started this process in April. I only have another 5 until I'm half way to my goal!!! I'm so excited!! I've never felt better!!
  4. I did all this week too. I told you it's the surgery date. We're cursed. Lol. I got more Protein in yesterday then I ever have and walked for two miles, woke up this morning 2lbs lighter. You'll start again. Keep it up!!
  5. Best roast chicken ever!!!!! Keller is amazing! Wish I could eat at his restaurant. http://www.epicurious.com/articlesguides/bestof/toprecipes/bestchickenrecipes/recipes/food/views/My-Favorite-Simple-Roast-Chicken-231348
  6. Unfortunately, on this man made island I'm on, nobody has ever heard of freecycle. I wish it existed here but alas, it does not. For some reason, the bridge slows technology down as much as the car traffic. We're so behind the times. : (
  7. Found this on yahoo http://screen.yahoo.com/surprise-side-effects-dehydration-050000603.html?utm_source=taboola
  8. Making Thomas Keller's roasted chicken. It's only been in the oven for 15min and it already smells amazing.
  9. It shrinks the liver and makes it easier to get to the stomach. Also it shows your surgeon that your motivate to change your lifestyle after surgery.
  10. I can only drink cold things. Warm or room temperature doesn't seem to quench my thirst at all.

There is a form of Mirena that does not use hormones. Might be worth looking into it.
  12. I cleaned out my closet today. I got rid of over a third of it. I'm starting a new job on Monday and I have NOTHING to wear except for a few pants that I had. No shirts tho. I'm going to need to go shopping. I just don't know where to go nor do I want to spend a alot of money to just grow out of it. I'm not a huge fan of old navy and the Macy's and target we have are small. Marshall's and tjmaxx are awful here. I swear we get the stuff nobody wants from the bigger stores. Ugh. What to do? My whine of the day... Lol
  13. 213. It wasn't much of a loss but considering I gained a pound and a half and lost it plus another half a pound, not too bad.
  14. Hebrew national makes a 97% fat free hot dog. I actually bought then yesterday and had one for lunch. They were ok. The real issue with them was that they were so salty. They had almost 500 mg of sodium. I hate when company's think that they need to replace fat or sugar with something else. Example- alot of sugar free candy is high in fat and light mayo usually has a sweeter taste. And a low fat hot dog ends up tasting like jerky because of all the extra salt.
  15. That's a great idea!! Thanks!!
  16. Update... So they sat in a turned off oven for two hours. They were still warm and pliable. So I took them out and put them on a drying rack to see if that helps. A few are crispy but most are kinda chewy. They're still good tho.
  17. I just did two Granny Smith apples to try them out. I skinned them cause I can't have fruit skins yet but you don't have too. Then I sliced them thin. Use a mandolin if you have one. Put them on a parchment lined pan and sprinkle with truvia or Splenda and cinnamon. I used 5 packets of truvia and maybe 2tsp of cinnamon. Then put them in a 200 degree oven for an hour. Flip them over and put them back in for an hour-hour and a half. Shut off the oven and let them sit in the oven for another hour to crisp up. Pink lady, Braeburn, or gala apples would also be good.
  18. I'm making apple chips right now. Apples, truvia, and cinnamon. It smells like apple pie baking in the oven. Yum.
  19. Leftover chips taco meat and cheese. Today I can start to have raw veggies but did I ... No. Tomorrow I'm going to the store and picking up stuff for a salad. I think I'll buy the bag salad tho cause I won't be able to eat a whole head of lettuce before it goes bad.
